Chelsea plot swap a move for Italian defender Gianluca Mancini involving Kurt Zouma this summer, according to reports.
The 26-year-old has two years left on his current deal at Stamford Bridge, but with Blues boss Thomas Tuchel targeting a centre-back signing ahead of the new campaign, the France international could end his seven-year association with the west London outfit.
According to Italian outlet Calciomercato, Jose Mourinho is keen to add Zouma to his ranks in Serie A and could be involved in an exchange deal with Chelse make an attempt to land Mancini.
The France international made an impressive start to the 2020/21 campaign under Frank Lampard before was phased out of the starting XI since Thomas Tuchel’s arrival to Stamford Bridge in January.
Zouma featured 36 times for the Blues across all competitions, scoring five times in the Premier League but the defender made one appearance once in the knockout stages of the Champions League under the German tactician.
