Manchester City has joined Sevilla and Villarreal in the race to sign Nigerian centre-forward Umar Sadiq from Almeria, according to report.
Sadiq was in great form last season for the Segunda team and his performance for Almeria has attracted the interest of European top teams.
According to the report in AS, Manchester City is prepared to sign the Nigerian attacker and loan him to French outfit Troyes.
Manchester City is keen on signing the former Rangers striker and send him on loan to Troyes for another season following their promotion to Ligue 1.
The former Rangers striker scored 20 goals in 38 appearances for Almeria.
