Former Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos is prepared to join a Manchester club after ending his 16 years stay in the Spanish capital.

Ramos has offers from Manchester City, Manchester United, Paris Saint-Germain and AS Roma but the Andalusian defender wants a move to Old Trafford.

Ramos is thought to like the idea of a move to the Premier League, however, and would prefer Manchester United over Manchester City due to a long-standing soft spot both he and his father have for the club.

The former Sevilla defender won 22 titles with Real Madrid, having joined at the age of 19 years old and now 35 years old and he still has what it takes to play in top European teams.

Real Madrid has signed David Alaba and the club is looking to extend the deal of Raphael Varane or to cash in on the French defender and bring in new recruitment.
