The players were on the show as their respective clubs were able to secure valuable points both home and away which ensured that they remained on course for a reputable position in the league table.
Etebo featured for the entire duration in Galatasaray 2-1 win over Kasimpasa in the Turkish Super Lig at Ali Sami Yen Spor Kompleksi Turk Telekom Stadyumu.

The Nigerian international has struggled for form this season, but he was on target in Les Canaries 3-1 win over Angers in the French Ligue 1 at Stade Raymond Kopa.
Simon put Nantes ahead in the fourth minute, finishing off a superb pass from, French midfielder, Ludovic Blas.
It was Simon’s third goal in 19 Ligue 1 matches this season.
Jesse Sekidika – Konyaspor
The exciting attacker scored his first goal for Konyaspor to inspire the Anatolian Eagle to a convincing 2-0 victory over Denizlispor on Sunday.
After a scoreless first half at the Konya Büyükşehir Belediye Stadyumu, Abdulkerim Bardakci gave the hosts the advantage in the 52nd-minute, before Sekidika put a seal on the victory ten minutes before time.
Sunday’s win is Sekidika’s first in Konyaspor’s colours and the club’s first triumph in seven league games.
Terem Moffi – Lorient
Nigerian striker Moffi netted a brace to earn a valuable 2-2 draw for his side at high-flying Monaco.
Struggling Lorient have risen to 17th on the Ligue 1 table as former Kortrijk striker grabbed his seventh and eighth goal of the league campaign.
Josh Maja – Fulham
Maja announced himself to the Premier League in perfect style after he scored a brace as Fulham stunned Everton 2-0 at Goodison Park.
The 22-year-old joined Fulham on loan made his debut as a substitute in the boring draw against West Ham last weekend before delivered a man of the match performance to help the struggling Cottagers secure three valuable points.
The Super Eagles manager Genort Rohr faces a selection problem ahead of next month’s qualifiers after Maja joined a growing list of in-form Nigerian strikers in Europe.
