Nigerian star Semi Ajayi and his West Brom teammates were on point against in the 1-1 draw against Manchester City during their Premier League clash at Etihad on Tuesday evening.
West Brom held Manchester City to a 1-1 draw, with an own goal from Ruben Dias cancelled out Ilkay Gundogan early strike.
Both sides scored in the first half with Raheem Sterling displaying a great vision to spot out Gundogan for the opener in the 32nd minute of the clash.
Before the end of the first half, Dias deflected a shot into his net to make it 1-1 in the 45th minute of the encounter.
Manchester City dominated the game but West Brom was alert defensively as the visitor ensured they denied the host the opportunity to score another goal that could earn them a defeat.
West Brom goalkeeper Sam Johnstone prevented Kevin de Bruyne from scoring the winning goal when the Belgian attacker fired a freekick to the bottom right corner from the edge of the box with few minutes remaining to end the match.
Sergio Aguero missed from a close range as well after the Argentine attacker failed to properly utilise the pass from Sterling this time.
