The former AS Monaco attacker is opened to signing a new contract extension deal with PSG if it includes a release clause that will allow him to leave to a select amount of clubs for a set amount, according to report in Spanish media AS. Among those clubs that Mbappe would prefer having this release clause for is Real Madrid.

The Ligue 1 outfit could set a fee higher than Real Real Madrid evaluation, Real Madrid could sign the attacker for a potential €180 million fee if he does not sign a new extension with his current club. But if Mbappe and PSG agree to an extension that includes this release clause option, the fee would be relatively higher than the aforementioned fee.

At this point, all his suitors will have to wait to see what Mbappe and PSG decide on as per the new deal.
