Super Eagles defender, William Troost-Ekong has expressed delight following his move to English Championship side Watford.
The 27-year-old centre-half penned a five-year contract with the Hornets where he would teammate with compatriots Isaac Success and Ayotomiwa Dele-Bashiru.
An excited Ekong tweeted after the confirmation of the deal by Watford, he wrote: ‘New chapter Watford FC! Happy to be here and ready to get started!’
Ekong made 66 appearances for Serie A side Udinese in his two seasons at the club following his arrival from Turkish Süper Lig outfit Bursaspor in 2018.

Ekong, who sees Watford as a step closer to his premier league dream will hope to help Coach Vladimir Ivić’s men gain promotion after relegation last season.
