Super Eagles defender, Leon Balogun has expressed delight over his return to the Rangers squad following their 5-1 away win against Motherwell.

The former Brighton star last played for the Gers during their 2-0 win at Hamilton Academical on August 29.

However, he returned this weekend and played for the last 30minutes when he replaced Filip Helander at centre back.Leon Balogun warm up

He tweeted: “Great feeling to be back out there with the boys and get another important win – well done lads Flag of United Kingdom.”

Rangers are currently top of the Scottish Premier League table with 23 points from nine games, having played a game more than second placed Celtic.
