Manchester United is interested in the signing of Barcelona attacker Ousmane Dembele in a loan deal, according to report.
Dembele is left with two years in his contract and he is available for 100 million euros.
According to the Daily Record, Manchester United has enquired about the possibility of signing the attacker but will only entertain a loan move for the French star.
Barcelona is interested in outright sale in a bid to improve their financial situation, both clubs are in talks as they aim to make their intentions known to each party.
Manchester United might drop the deal to sign Jardon Sancho and shift their focus on Dembele or they look elsewhere to get an attacker.
Barcelona want to release more players with the likes of Ivan Rakitic and Arturo Vidal already out of the club, having secured moves to Sevilla and Inter Milan respectively.
Luis Suarez is the next to leave, with Atletico Madrid and Juventus keen on his signature.
