Serie A champions Juventus are hoping a bid of just £4.4m will be enough to sign Luis Suarez from Barcelona this summer, according to reports.
The Uruguay striker is unwanted at Nou Camp by new manager Ronald Koeman and the Dutchman told the former Liverpool star during a phone conversation that lasted only just 60 seconds.
Sky Sports Italia claim that the Old Lady are hoping Suarez can help new manager Andras Pirlo form one of the best front three in Europe alongside Cristiano Ronaldo and Paulo Dybala.
Suarez has already agreed terms with the striker but wants £22m in severance pay from Barcelona. Despite being sidelined by knee surgery in the first part of 2020, Suarez scored 21 goals in 36 games last season.
