Real Madrid has enquired about the signing of Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain target Ismael Bennacer from AC Milan, according to report.
The midfielder joined AC Milan from Empoli, putting pen to paper on a five year deal with Milan shortly after he was crowned the Player of the Tournament in the 2019 African Cup of nations.
Bennacer is one of the hardest tackling midfielders in Europe, he has demonstrated dynamism, fearlessness and tenacity throughout the season and according to DonBalon he has been noticed by many top clubs in Europe and reports claimed that Real Madrid has joined the race to sign the Algerian international.
Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane has told Real Madrid board to enquire about the midfielder and negotiation could see Brahim Diaz move to the opposite direction.
The report in Calciomercato claimed that Manchester City and PSG are also keen on signing Bennacer, the midfielder has a release clause of €50m.
