As earlier reported by FCNaija over the weekend, Turkish giants Fenerbahce have signed Super Eagles and Bordeaux winger Samuel Uche on a free loan deal with an option to buy, Fanatik can report.
The Yellow Navy opened talks with Bordeaux over the weekend, but the latest report from Turkey revealed that the club will be unveiling its newest buy in coming days.
Respected journalists Manu Lonjon confirmed the news on his Twitter handle and revealed that the Turkish club would pay the player’s full salary after a loan agreement was reached with Bordeaux.
“Samuel Kalu (Bordeaux) / Fenerbahce agreement! The Turkish club would pay the player’s full salary. Active discussions between clubs on the basis of a loan with OA,” he said on his Twitter handle
Only recently, TRT Sport revealed that the Turkish outfit are willing to sign on the Nigerian with immediate effect after losing some if it’s key players in the transfer windows to arch-rival Galatasaray.
Samuel Kalu became surplus to requirements at Bordeaux playing a handful of matches last season and his chance of picking up the starting shirt looks bleak with the arrival of new players.
