Former Super Eagles skipper John Obi Mikel first words after joining Oghenekaro Etebo’s Stoke City ahead of 2020-21 season.
The 33-year-old Premier League winner made 372 appearances for Chelsea in an 11-year spell at Stamford Bridge is the Championship club’s fourth signing since the end of the 2019-20 season.
Mikel has reacted for the first time on the club official twitter handle on Monday evening after moving to Bet365 Stadium on a free transfer.

Mikel quits Trabzonspor during the coronavirus crisis in March after falling with the Turkish Super Lig club.
Former Chelsea star is set for his second adventure in the Championship with Stoke City, having previously played for Middlesbrough in the second half of the 2018-19 season.
The 33-year-old retired from international duty in July 2019 after he led Nigeria to clinch bronze at the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations in Egypt.
He played 91 matches for the Super Eagles and scored six goals before calling up his time in the national team.
