Chelsea has made a surprise attempt to sign Real Madrid star Vinicius Junior, according to report in the Spanish media.
Vinicius is not happy with his current treatment by Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane, he has not played much since the La Liga return and he was left out in the clash against Manchester City in the Champions League despite being the best player on the pitch in the first leg of the tie.
The report in AS claimed Chelsea is prepared to take advantage of the situation to lure the Brazilian attacker to Stamford Bridge but Real Madrid moved quickly to block such avenue.
Real Madrid president Florentino Perez is not ready to listen to offer or negotiate a deal that would see the former Flamengo attacker leave Santiago Bernabeu.
Vinicius appreciates the support of Perez and has no plans of agitating for a move away, no matter who comes forward.
Real Madrid is expected to have a silent summer in terms of transfer but the La Liga Champions are linked with a move for Paulo Dybala from Juventus.
