Chelsea made good account of themselves as the recorded a 2-0 win over Wolverhampton Wanderers in the last game of the Premier League to secure a Champions League spot.

Chelsea started the match with an attacking move with the home team approaching the game with the utmost caution, Wolves maintained a solid display, Chelsea had a chance to get the opener but Olivier Giroud effort went over the bar.

Caballero made a full stretch to save an aerial ball to would have resulted to a goal from Wolves.

Wolves collapsed with just a few minutes to end the first half as they conceded two quick goals from Chelsea.

Mason Mount scored from a free-kick in the added time of the first half to put The Blues, Giroud made it 2-0 before the end of the first half.

The game ended 2-0 in favour of Frank Lampard’s men.
