Real Madrid striker Luka Jovic has returned to training ahead of Villarreal tie on Thursday, the Serbian attacker was subjected to third COVID-19 test after he was in contact with a friend who tested positive for coronavirus.

The attacker has now been tested for the third time and all result showed negative, this means he is now allowed to join the rest of the squad to train ahead of the Title deciding clash against Villarreal on Thursday evening at the Alfredo di Stefano Stadium.

Mariano Diaz has returned to training as well after he overcame his injury on time to be available for the last two clashes remaining in the La Liga.

Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane now has more options at the attacking department with the return of Jovic and Mariano to compliment the effort of Karim Benzema in the attack.

Real Madrid need just two points in their remaining fixtures to claim the League title from the clutches of Barcelona who is breathing heavily on their neck, Los Blancos lead the race with four points with a win or two draws the title will head to Cibeles.
