The 25-year-old Portugal international become Manchester United’s first back-to-back Premier League Player of the Month winner since Cristiano Ronaldo in 2006 as he scoops prize for June.
After clinching the award in his first full month in February, Fernandes has followed up his incredible form since the Premier League’s restart after he has netted five goals, created three assists, and produced 12 chances for his team-mates.
Former Sporting Lisbon star has been instrumental in Manchester United’s brilliant form after was controversially awarded a spot-kick after he collided with Ezri Konsa just inside the box in a 3-0 win at Aston Villa on Thursday night.
