Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane heap praises on Sergio Ramos following his stunning free in the 2-0 victory against Real Mallorca on Wednesday evening.

The French tactician was impressed with the captain’s performance both defensively and offensively.

The defender scored Los Blancos’ second goal of the game from a freekick.

“He’s been looking for a freekick goal,” Zidane said after the game.

“He’s worked on it a lot in training.

“He’s our leader, our captain and he always leads the way.”

Ramos and his teammates will take a trip to RCDE Stadium to play Espanyol while Barcelona will take a visit to Balaidos to face Celta Vigo as the race for the La Liga title boils up.
