Real Madrid is set to secure a £40m deal for Manchester United target Donny van de Beek as the Los Blancos aim to finalize the deal for the young midfielder.

The Ajax midfielder was in the inform of his life in the last season Champions League, where Ajax knocked out Real Madrid at the Santiago Bernabeu and Van the Beek was sensational in that match.

Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is a huge fan of the Dutch international and the midfielder is also on the sight of Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane.

The midfielder scored 10 goals with a further 11 assists to boot before the coronavirus-enforced suspension of the campaign in the Eredivisie.

The report in Transfermarketweb claims that the Dutch international is close in joining the Los Blancos and the report further state that he’s edging closer to agreeing on personal terms with the Bernabeu side over a five-year contract in a deal worth £40million.

Real Madrid is looking to act fast ahead of the Red Devil in the deal to sign the 23-year-old star.
