KV Kortrijk has fired a strong warning to Galatasaray about the new Nigerian goal machine Terem Moffi transfer bid after a flying start in Belgium.

The 21-year-old Kortrijk star who has been an instant hit in Belgium since arriving from Lithuanian first division side FK Riteriai 150,000 Euros in the January transfer window where he scored four goals in seven matches before the league was canceled due to coronavirus outbreak worldwide.

Moffi has reportedly sparked the interest from European clubs with Turkish champions tabled two million Euros for new Nigerian goal machine amid interest from French club Saint Etienne and Anderlecht while his teammate Julien De Start has been linked with Standard Liege

But Kortrijk general manager Matthias Leterme dismissed the speculations as he told Het Laatste Nieuws.

He said “They are two examples of boys who are capable of taking a step higher. But Moffi has not played even ten games here and I feel that Julien De Sart is also open to an extended stay. We certainly do not have any players leaving us soon.

Kortrijk finishes in 11 positions in the cancelled league.
