Barcelona has reached an agreement to sign Inter Milan forward Lautaro Martinez this summer, according to report in Sport.
Barcelona has been craving to sign a player to replace Luis Suarez who is almost at the twilight of his career at the Camp Nou.
The Uruguay attacker has not enjoyed the best of the season due to injury and his absence forced Barcelona into the market to sign Martin Braithwaite from Leganes in the winter transfer.
Though the Blaugrana directors are still nursing the ambition to add more depth to their attack and they are will to sign Inter Milan attacker Martinez at the end of the current campaign.
Barcelona has reached an agreement with Martinez, according to Sport. The Argentine will earn 12 million euros per season on a five-year deal, although the Blaugrana still need to agree on a fee with the Serie A giants.
Barcelona is also keen on bringing back Neymar to La Liga after the Brazilian left in the summer of 2017 to join Paris Saint-Germain in a world-record transfer fee.
Barcelona manager Quique Setien is also interested in having Philippe Coutinho back to the team when the Brazilian loan spell at Bayern Munich is over.
