Manchester United directors are weighing up options to sign Manchester City forward Raheem Sterling, according to report.
Sterling has been in sensational form for Manchester City in the past seasons scoring and assisting a combined 78 goals in the Premier League alone since the start of 2017-18.
The England international was linked with a move to Real Madrid and he previously admitted he would like to play in the La Liga before he hangs his boot, but he has offered no other indication that he is seeking a move away from City this summer.
However, the report in The Independent suggests that the 25-year-old’s stance may change if the Citizens’ European ban is upheld by the Court of Arbitration for Sport this month.
It is claimed that the Red Devils directors will make a move for Sterling if Manchester City is suspended from the Champions League.
