Juventus has offered Barcelona target Miralem Pjanic to Chelsea in a bid to sign Jorginho from the Stamford Bridge outfit.

The Serie A Champions are ready to offload the Bosnian midfielder and want Chelsea midfielder Jorginho to be his replacement at the Allianz Stadium.

The 30-year-old has already been suggested as a potential makeweight in a deal for Manchester United’s Paul Pogba, while a swap deal with Barcelona has also been mooted.

Pjanic has already agreed on terms with Barcelona but Juventus is yet to reach terms with the La Liga giants for the sale of the Serbian midfielder.
