Chelsea is out to sign former Barcelona player Kays Ruiz-Atil to replace Willian who is et to quit the Stamford Bridge at the end of the current season.

Ruiz Atil, 17 is in the last year of his deal with Paris Saint-Germain and he is open to a move to Chelsea at the end of the season with Paris Saint-Germain open to the deal.

Ruiz is yet to make a first team appearance at Parc des Princes and he is growing frustrated with the fact that he is giving any opportunity to show case his talent at the big stage.

Chelsea manager Frank Lampard is interested in signing the youngster and Lampard is known for his knack for youth development at the Stamford, the likes of Reece James, Mason Mount, Billy Gilmour, are some of the few players that has shined under Lampard at the Stamford Bridge.

Lampard is set to offer Ruiz Atil the opportunity to grow into the player he wants if he signs for the Blues in the summer.

Paris Saint-Germain is opened to the deal but it is left for the former Barcelona starlet to determine if he wants to remain with the Ligue 1 outfit or move to Chelsea for new challenge in the Premier League.
