Ex-Barcelona ace Maxi Lopez has blasted Mauro Icardi’s wife Wanda Nara for breaking the COVID 19 rules after taking his three kids to a trip at Lake Como.
Italy is one of the hardest-hit countries in the world with 183,957 coronavirus cases and 24,648 deaths but the controversial agent and wife decided to travel back there from France with Icardi regardless.
Nara and Icardi took their family after driving for nine-and-a-half hours to their £2.5million villa in the city of Brienno – the neighbouring village to where George Clooney lives in Laglio and 40 miles from Milan.
However, her former husband and father of her three children Lopez who was one time best friends to Icard during their time at Sampdoria in 2012 but the decision infuriated Crotone striker after she out for breaking quarantine rules.
But Nara insisted she didn’t endanger three children of lentino, Constantino and Benedicto.
Speaking on his Instagram story, the 36-year-old former Argentina international who currently plays for Serie B side Crotone said via the Sun: “I would like to know under what criteria you broke the quarantine during a global pandemic.
“The whole world has asked you not to leave and you exposed our kids to a trip to another country.
“You moved to the epicentre of the contagion in Italy without even caring about the consequence??”
He added: “What is wrong with your head in these moments?
“The most sacred thing in the world right now is the health of our kids? I am outraged by you lack of awareness.
“If you can’t do it for yourselves, do it for them. Today you are the mother of five babies but it seems you don’t realise it.”
Icardi who is currently on loan at Paris Saint Germain with the option to move permanently for £59million ($A116m) once the season ends.
