Chelsea attacker with Nigerian decent set to become the highest-paid player in the club history as Tammy Abraham requested for £180,000 a week in his new deal.
The striker has shown a great form in the course of the season and Chelsea directors are convinced about the ability of the England striker.
Abraham has contributed 33% of Chelsea total goals in 29 games this season.
The striker was loaned out to Aston Villa last season to gain more experience but fortunate for him Chelsea was slammed with a ban and were unable to bring in new recruitments and Abraham was one of the younger that was recalled back to Stamford Bridge.
Abraham was boasted by the confidence given to him by manager Frank Lampard and he was subsequently given the nod ahead of Olivier Giroud and Michy Batshuayi at Chelsea and the Nigeria decent surpassed all expectation and scored 3 Premier League goals and provided four assists so far.
Despite the exploits at the Stamford Bridge Abraham earn £50,000-per-week, he has demanded the Chelsea board increase his wage to the level of that of Callum Hudson -Odoi who earns £120,000-per-week.
The new deal will see him equal or pass the Bayern Munich target at the Stamford Bridge.
N’Golo Kane and Kept Arrizabalaga remain the highest paid in the club, they both earn £150,000 a week.
