Enzo Zidane has been called up by his father Zinedine Zidane for Wednesday's Copa del Rey clash against Cultural Leonesa.

Zinedine Zidane named a squad of 16 players for Real Madrid's second-leg of the round of 32 Copa del Rey match against Cultural y Deportiva Leonesa at the Santiago Bernabéu.

Should Enzo Fernandez, as he prefers to be known, step onto the pitch against Cultural Leonesa in the Copa del Rey at the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu, it will follow from a career of early promise in the Spanish capital.

Joining in 2004, a 16-year-old Zidane was brought into Real first-team training by Jose Mourinho in September 2011 and impressed by grabbing a decent goal as part of the session.

Since then, mixing with the seniors has become part and parcel for the Castilla starlet, earning a call-up to the pre-season tour of North America where he played a total of 98 minutes across three games for Los Blancos.

In addition, his appearance in the Trofeo Bernabeu against Stade de Reims was heralded as the capital's first opportunity to witness the teenager in action.

Behind Enzo could follow Luca, Theo, and Elyaz; making up the four sons of Zinedine Zidane who can become the next footballing dynasty like the clans of Cruyff and Maldini before them.
