Stars hit out Bonucci over racist abuse comment on Kean

Footballing stars have hit out Leonardo Bonucci over racist abuse comment on young Juventus striker Moise Kean after the 2-0 win over Cagliari at Sardegna Arena on Tuesday night.

The 19-year-old Italy international had already been insulted throughout the Serie A encounter before the Ivory Coast descent scored in the 85th minute, he stood arms outstretched in front of the ultras behind the net, sparking even more furious and openly racist abuse from the stands.

Miralem Pjanic and Giorgio Chiellini stood in solidarity with their teammate after the game, but Bonucci and Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri claimed the Italy starlet had provoked the Cagliari fans.

However, Manchester City forward Raheem Sterling, Lyon winger Memphis Depay and Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba, Marseille striker Mario Balotelli, Super Eagles and Brighton defender Leon Balogun, Yaya Toure among have a back Kean and blast Bonucci on their social media.
