Manchester City will take on Wolverhampton in their next Premier League clash on Sunday, here are details you need to know ahead of the must-win match for Pep Guardiola's men if they aim to remain competitive in the domestic scene.

MANCHESTER CITY:

The Etihad outfit will miss the services of Kevin de Bruyne, Aymeric Laporte, John Stones and Leroy Sane when they host Wolverhampton Wanderers on Sunday.

Laporte and Sane sustained a season-long injury that sees them ruled out this year.

Stones suffered a muscular injury just after fellow defender Laporte had undergone surgery, creating a feeling of crisis at the Etihad. However, the 25-year-old is expected to make a return to action following the upcoming international break.

Laporte finds himself facing a long road to recovery after also suffering knee ligament damage at the very start of the season. There remains no timescale regarding when he could return to the pitch.

Sane sustained knee ligament damage in August, the German is said to be making impressive progress in his rehabilitation but will not return to action until 2020.

WOLVERHAMPTON WANDERERS:

The Wolves are also missing the services of midfielder Meritan Shabani and Bruno Jordan when they go against Manchester City in their upcoming match in the Premier League.
