It is another weekend of games in La Liga, which enters its 27th week this weekend. Already, there have been several plots and sub-plots from top to bottom of the table and this weekend will be no exception.

Osasuna v Eibar

Bottom placed Osasuna welcome eighth placed Eibar this weekend, with a massive 29 points separating both sides. Both teams go into this one on the back of losses last weekend, but Eibar obviously have the better form between the two sides. Eibar go into the game with their last five games standing at LDWLW, while Osasuna’s last five games are LLLLL. So it is a no brainer Eibar are the favourites for this one.

Real Madrid v Real Betis

On the back of securing qualification to the quarterfinals of the Champions League, Real Madrid will hope to return to the top of the pile with a win, while hoping Barcelona are too much in a celebratory mood to win their own game. is offering a massive 22.00 odds for a Betis win, 8.50 for a draw, and 1.13 for a Madrid victory.

Celta Vigo v Villareal

A massive 10 points separates both sides with Villareal in sixth, while Celta are in 10th. The Yellow Submarines are coming off a 2-0 defeat of Espanyol, and are only four points adrift of Atletico Madrid in fourth. Celta on their part, suffered a humiliating 5-0 defeat to Barcelona in their last game.

Villareal are still favourites for a win, and on, they are offering odds of 2.75 for a Celta win, and 2.68 for a Villareal victory. A draw attracts odds of 3.15.

Deportivo La Coruna v Barcelona

What a week they have had, coming from an impossible position to secure passage to the quarterfinals of the Champions League, Barcelona are the obvious favourites to pick maximum points here. They defeated Celta Vigo 5-0 in their last La Liga game, while Deportivo won 1-0 at Sporting Gijon.

So at it stands, there are 12.25 odds for Deportivo to pull off an upset with a win, and 6.50 if they can get a draw. However, there are 1.23 odds for a Barcelona win.

Real Sociedad v Athletic Bilbao

Sociedad’s form over their last five games stands at WDLWW, and they are fifth on the table, seven points ahead of Bilbao, who are seventh. Bilbao’s last five games stands at WLWLW, showing that their opponents have a better form.

So on, 3.45 odds are for a Bilbao win, and 2.17 for a Soceidad win. There are 3.30 odds for a draw.

Real Sociedad v Athletic Club    

The two teams are in form and current sit fifth and seventh respectively on the Spanish La Liga.

Sociedad have lost just once in five games while Bilbao has three victories and two defeats from the same number of games. place a winning odd of 2.17 for a Socidad home win and 3.45 for a Bilbao away win while a draw attracts 3.30 odd.

Deportivo La Coruna v Barcelona

Celta de Vigo v Villarreal
