Juventus have completed the signing of young Arsenal forward Stephy Mavididi in a deal worth €2 million this summer.

The 20-year-old Frenchman has never made a first-team appearance for the Gunners and is looking to re-launch his career in Italy, where he is expected to play for the club's 'B' team.

Mavididi featured 27 times during his loan spell with Charlton Athletic and Preston North End, although the youngster managed just two goals during three separate periods.

Arsenal announced the move on their website after accepting an offer from Juventus, and the player has now undergone medical and agreed personal terms with the Serie A champions.

Mavididi transfer is the second exit at Arsenal today with Joel Campbell had joined newly promoted Serie A side Frosinone on a permanent deal.

He is the latest English academy player at Arsenal to move abroad, with midfielder Marcus McGuane having joined Barcelona's B-side this summer and Chris Willock opting to move to Benfica last year.
