Chelsea target responds to transfer move to Stamford Bridge

Chelsea target Habib Diallo has responded to rumors linking him to Stamford Bridge after the talks of him signing for the Blues emerged.

Chelsea has offered a €20m bid for the Metz attacker and manager Frank Lampard is will to have the attacker in his team.

The 24-year-old has managed 10 goals and one assist in 19 Ligue 1 appearances for Metz this term.

Asked about reports of an offer, Diallo responded: "A departure? I hear rumors, but I am not aware of them.

"For the moment, I am in Metz and I have extended until 2022. I hope to end the season here."

Olivier Giroud and Michy Batshuayi are subject of interest for Inter Milan and Aston Villa respectively and the Blues are keen on making move on a replacement.

Chelsea is seriously in search for an attacker to compliment the effort of Tammy Abraham who has been in hot form this season.

Chelsea will take on Burnley in their next Premier League game at the Stamford Bridge.
