Super Eagles target Ademola Lookman has been talking tough ahead of London Derby with Tottenham Hotspur on Thursday night.
The 23-year-old Nigerian descent has been delivering eye-catching performances since moving to Craven Cottage on a season long-loan from Bundesliga outfit RB Leipzig.
Lookman has previously represented England at U19, U20 and U21 levels but he is awaiting ratification from Fifa to his switch to Super Eagles, having submitted the necessary paperwork to the world football governing body.
Former Everton star told FFCtv when asked about his major concerns ahead of facing Mourinho’s Tottenham Hotspur at Craven Cottage on Thursday night.
“They got world-class players, everybody knows that across the whole team they have got world-class players.
“But for us, it’s just about how we play, how we defend, how we attack.
“Focused on us, I think that a lot of it is to do with us and how we can bring our game, our side into the game and how we can affect them, that’s how we are looking at the game ahead and we look forward to another challenge”.
Lookman will hope to make his 25th appearance across all competitions for the Craven Cottage outfit against Tottenham before battling Liverpool on Sunday.
