Super Eagles striker Paul Onuachu has taken his goal tally to 18 after scoring a hat-trick in Genk 4-1 away win over AS Eupen 4-1 in their Belgian Pro League clash at the Stadion am Kehrweg on Wednesday night.

Junya Ito put the visitor ahead in the nine minutes of the encounter before Stef Peeters equalised five minutes later.

Onuachu restored Genk lead at the Kehrwegstadion just before half-time and the 26-year-old Nigeria international then scored twice from the spot in the 48th and 60th minutes respectively.

Nine minutes after grabbing his third goal of the night former Midtjylland striker was replaced by his compatriot Cyril Dessers as Genk remained unbeaten in their last three outings in the Belgian top-flight.

Onuachu has now scored 18 goals and recorded two assists in 18 league appearances for Genk this season.
