Real Madrid star Martin Odegaard is set to miss six games including the El-Clasico in the weekend at the Camp Nou.
Odegaard missed the 1-0 defeat against Cadiz after he suffered an injury relapse during the international break.
After undergoing rest and a subsequent MRI, it has now been diagnosed that he will be missing until the next international break after suffering a tear.
The Norwegian midfielder returned to Real Madrid after his successful loan spell at Real Sociedad, he has been involved in three of the club’s opening four games this season, starting twice.
The midfielder scored seven goals for La Real last season and is the only major player to join the first-team squad at the club this summer as Real Madrid failed to sign any new recruitment.
