Real Madrid ace Takefusa Kubo has completed a move to Villarreal on a loan deal for the upcoming season, according to report.
Kubo has been sensational since he made a return to La Liga, in the last season he was loaned to Real Mallorca where he scored four goals and laid five assists in 35 La Liga Santander appearances.
Now, he is going to a club that will be playing in the Europa League.“Villarreal and Real Madrid have reached an agreement for the loan of the Japanese midfielder Takefusa Kubo, who will play for the Yellows for the 2020/21 season,” a Villarreal statement released on Monday afternoon started.
“Kubo is a young midfielder who has excellent ball control and stands out for his extraordinary ability to beat opponents, as well as his excellent reading of the game.”
Real Madrid is yet to make a final decision on Martin Odegaard who is on loan at Real Sociedad while Alvaro Odriozola is expected to make a return to Santiago Bernabeu after the Champions League campaign with Bayern Munich.
