Three Premier League clubs are reportedly vying for the signature of Barcelona star Philippe Coutinho.
The likes of Leicester City, Arsenal and Tottenham are all offering the Brazilian attacking midfielder a route back to Premier League after he failed to establish himself in Barcelona since his departure in 2018.
Arsenal turned down Barcelona proposal to sign Coutinho, the La Liga giants want Matteo Guendouzi plus €50m cash in the offer to let Coutinho go either way.
The Emirate team is willing to sell Guendozi while Barcelona is also interested in getting Coutinho off their books in a bid to finance their budget in the coming season.
Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta is a huge fan of Coutinho but Barcelona valuation for the former the 28-year-old star has deterred the Gunners from advancing in the negotiations with the Catalan outfit.
Tottenham manager Jose Mourinho is also interested in the service of the Brazilian midfielder with the former Chelsea boss looking to strengthen his team ahead of the coming season and Coutinho’s experience in the Premier League will be an advantage for him to settle down quickly if he decides to return to the Premier League.
