Manchester United are considering the signing Gareth Bale from Real Madrid this summer, according to reports.
The Welsh international is surplus to requirement for the Los Blancos and manager Zinedine Zidane is not a fan of the former Tottenham Hotspur winger.
Bale scored three times in 20 appearances as the Los Blancos won the 2019-20 La Liga title but the winger has not featured for Real Madrid in their last six league matches.
According to WalesOnline, the 31-year-old’s inability to get games has alerted Manchester United and former club Tottenham Hotspur.
Interestingly, Bale still has two years left to run on his current contract at the Bernabeu, but he is in no rush to leave the Spanish capital, despite falling out of favour under Zinedine Zidane.
Bale has won two league titles and four Champions League titles during his time with Real Madrid, scoring 105 goals in 251 appearances.
