Barcelona is set to inject new and youngsters into their squad ahead of next season following a disappointing campaign this season.
The Catalan will give room for youngsters next season with new arrivals complementing the effort of the youngsters who are already established in the club.
Barcelona has already had an agreement in place to sign Francisco Trincao (20 years old), Matheus Fernandes (22) and Pedri (17), while Lautaro Martinez (22) is close to sealing a move from Inter.
They will join up with the likes of Ansu Fati (17), Riqui Puig (20) and Ronald Araujo (21), who have made the step up from Barcelona B.
The current Barcelona team have an average age of 28.73 years old, with Lionel Messi (33), Gerard Pique (32), Luis Suarez (32) and Sergio Busquets (31) all in the latter stages of their careers.
Though the transition from one generation of players to another won’t be that easy the La Liga giants will try to bring in the right players to balance the team.
Jean-Clair Todibo’s signing has not proved to be a success and the club is keen on signing another defender for the coming season.
