Football bad boy Mario Balotelli has been refused entry into Brescia training as the saga takes an embarrassing twist.
The 29-year-old Italy international has endured a tumultuous return to his boyhood club since signing last summer after his deal at Ligue 1 side Marseille.
Balotelli has been involved in an acrimonious bust-up with club president Massimo Cellino as he has been deserting the Serie A team’s return to training since the lockdown restrictions were eased in Italy.
While the termination is yet to be finalized, the former Premier League star has still made attempts to attend training but was turned away at the gates on Tuesday.
A video posted on social media shows Balotelli approaching the gates before security personnel informed him he would not be allowed in.

As such, Super Mario was told to leave the training complex as he was seen making a call on his mobile before jumping back into his car and leaving the facility, further adding to his embarrassment.
Balotelli, who signed a three-year deal at the club last summer had scored five goals in 19 games for his boyhood club this season.
Serie A season will resume on June 20, with bottom club Brescia set to travel to Fiorentina on June 22 in their first game.
