Real Madrid and Inter Milan are vying for the signature of Sergio Aguero as the two clubs aim to add the Argentine striker to their team.
Aguero has just a year left on his current deal and could be shown the exit door in the coming season, the report in the Gazzetta Dello Sport’s Nicolo Schira reports Real Madrid joined Inter Milan this week in sounding out City about taking Aguero off their hands.
However, both clubs have received short shrift from Manchester City, which is determined to keep hold of the Argentina international for more season at the Etihad Stadium.
Indeed, word has been sent to Aguero’s management that there’s no way Manchester City will consider offers for him this summer.
Real Madrid is keen on signing Borussia Dortmund Erling Braut Haaland and Luka Jovic could be loaned elsewhere.
