Bayern Munich is set to extend Philippe Coutinho’s deal beyond the agreed stipulated time, according to report.
Coutinho is on loan at Bayern Munich from Barcelona and he is expected to return to Camp Nou at the end of June but the Bundesliga Champions are planning to extend his loan deal for the sack of Champions League, though the club is not willing to sign him but are keen on keeping hold of him a little longer.
Europe’s top competition was halted midway through the second round. Bayern Munich is in good shape to progress after a 3-0 first-leg win over Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.
Coutinho is currently recovering from ankle surgery and is not expected back for a few more weeks, although he was back running at the training ground on Monday.
