Barcelona is prepared to count on two youngsters for next season campaign as the Camp Nou directors are prepared to welcome back Carles Aleña and Riqui Puig.
Barcelona feel the two youngsters have what it takes to be at the Camp Nou for the coming season and the board will move on old players to replace them with the youngsters.
Aleña and Puig will be in Quique Setien’s squad and will have a shirt number. It is now up to them to fight for their place.
Alena, 22, was started the season with Barcelona but due to limited opportunities he was loaned to Real Betis in January, the decision was made before the arrival of Quique Setien.
Puig, 20, played the entire season with Barcelona B but in trains with the first team regularly.
Barcelona is prepared to sell the likes of Ivan Rakitic, Arturo Vidal and Nelson Samedo, the Blaugura could arrange a loan move for Arthur Melo with Inter Milan a possible destination for the Brazilian midfielder star.
Melo could also be moved on permanently if he is included in the deal to sign Lautaro Martinez.
