Chelsea manager Frank Lampard has urged the club hierarchy to break the transfer policy to give Willian the contracts he wants at the Stamford Bridge.

Willian will be out of contract at the end of the season and he is keen on signing a three-year extension but Chelsea is only willing to offer the Brazilian a two-year deal and not the three he desires because he is over the age of 30.

Lampard is a big fan Willian and the attacker has been consistent with his performance.
I still don’t know, Willian told ESPN Brazil.

There’s nothing with any [other] team. There’s no offer from any team. My negotiation, for now, is with Chelsea.

There’s still nothing concrete from any team. And the situation with Chelsea is still that way.
