Real Madrid star Rodrygo Goes is prepared to miss the El-Clasico alongside Eden Hazard after he was flashed a red card in the clash against SS Reyes in the third tier division in Spain.

The youngster was sent off after scoring a solo goal for Real Madrid Castilla team in their third-tier fixture against SS Reyes finishing with a cheeky dink beyond the goalkeeper.

The opposing goalkeeper did not take it lightly and rushed to the striker and Rodrygo celebrated his goal right in the presence of the goalkeeper.

The Real Madrid star was flashed a yellow card which was his second booking and he was sent off, it means he won’t be called up for the El-Clasico in Real Madrid clash against the La Liga leaders Barcelona.

It came after Zidane met with Rodrygo on Friday to reassure him he remained part of his plans despite his return to the Castilla team.

Rodrygo started eight LaLiga and three Champions League matches this season, scoring seven first-team goals.

The Brazilian attacker could have been the star to replace injured Hazard, who is set to miss the next three to four months with a fractured ankle.
