Super Eagles hopeful Ademola Lookman included RB Leipzig squad for  Champions League clash with Tottenham Hotspur on Wednesday night in London.

The 22-year-old left Goodison Park for RB Leipzig during the summer transfer window having struggled to make an impact at Everton where he netted four goals and provided a further two assists in 48 appearances in all competitions, having also spent the second half of the 2017-18 campaign on loan at Red Bull Arena.

Lookman was among the RB Leipzig players that flew to the English capital on Tuesday afternoon but it remains to be seen if he is given game time or named in the matchday eighteen by manager Julian Nagelsmann as he has found playing opportunities hard to come by since his summer move to RB Leipzig.

Former Everton winger turned down the opportunity to switch allegiance to Nigeria in 2017 after an approach from Super Eagles Gernot Rohr before he was selected in the England under-20 team for the FIFA U-20 World Cup same year and scored three goals in the tournament where they become champions.

Lookman has struggled for playing time where make only seven appearances, mostly as a substitute with the Die Roten Bullen including his only start against Zenit St Petersburg on matchday three when he lasted 69 minutes on the pitch.
Lookman’s and his teammates will train at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium this evening.
