Chelsea target Edison Cavani is set to seal a move away from the Ligue 1 team after he handed in a transfer request to quit Paris Saint -Germain.
Cavani has been relegated to the bench in recent times and has also witness limited game time at the Parc des Princes.
Cavani has offers from Chelsea and Atletico Madrid, but the offer from the Spanish team is considerably low to price the Uruguayan away from PSG.

Paris Saint-Germain Chief Leonardo admits that the Uruguayan has made a transfer request and the club is willing to meet his demands.
"We've always said the same thing about Cavani. We were hoping he would stay with the club, but he asked to leave.
"We're studying the situation. We've had a proposal from Atlético Madrid, but that proposal was not commensurate with the player's value.
"For Cavani, we're listening. The link with Atlético Madrid has faded a bit because we haven't been in touch since the offer."
Cavani is considered as an ideal number nine for the Stamford Bridge team.
